Kiovanna
Kiovanna is an acclaimed Sensual Shaman and the founder of East Techniques. She holds a BA in Psychology from Stanford University and a Law Degree from Columbia University. From 2001-2004 she lived in India where she studied under the Tantra Master Swami Vivekananda Saraswati who initiated her in Vama Marga. Upon returning to the U.S she was among the first to become a certified Tantra Presenter through the International School of Temple Arts (ISTA).
Kiovanna embodies her Truth that sexuality is sacred. She is an Ordained Interfaith Minister and a Temple High Priestess. She is also a certified Yoga Instructor and Reiki Master. As a graduate of Mama Gena's School of Womanly Arts Mastery Program, Kiovanna is an official 'Sister Goddess' dedicated to the pursuit of pleasure.
Kiovanna lives in New York City with her Tantra partner Shlomo, and their amazing 2 year-old son. She has been ecstatically coaching women and couples in the Art of Sensuality for 7 years.
Gina Marie
Gina Marie is a holisitc health coach, healing arts practitioner, and facilitator of sacred rituals. For over a decade she has studied eastern and traditional health practices focused on internal cleansing, sacred dance, devotional ritual, the spiritual feminine, meditation, and tantra.
Gina Marie has a BA in Cultural Studies from New Mexico University and is completing her Holistic Health Coach certification through the Integrative School of Nutrition in New York. Gina has studied with masters around the world including Swami Vivekenanda of Agama Yoga school in India and Arielle Spilsbury of the Thirteen Moon Ordination Priestess Training at The Mystery School in Marin, California. She is also a certified yoga teacher, a reiki practitioner, and is fully immersed in Donny Epstein's Network Spinal Analysis.
The mind, body, spirit connection and the importance of taking time to slow down are central to Gina's teachings. She inspires women to access the strength of their own divine, feminine intuition through ancient rituals, meditation and yoga poses. Her signature workshop on Moonblood Magic teaches women how to apply these practices during their menses to reclaim the power inherent in our ability bleed and create life.
Dynamic, passionate, and unique, Gina Marie's work guides women to honor their bodies as temples, as the gateway to their inner imagination, power, and transformation.
Ivan Trudeau
Ivan Trudeau is a certified fitness coach and wellness consultant who works with the mind body connection to assist clients optimize their health and well-being. Ivan studied in California for 2 years with naturopathic doctor Michael Woefield who specializes in nutrition. Ivan is a Reiki certified workshop facilitator at East Techniques. He is currently an apprentice with Kiovanna studying the art of Tantra. His focus is to create and hold sacred space for women.
